Late lunch at the Vegelanteria: Dinki-Seitan sliced meat with wholegrain rice and a fantastic kimchi salad (littel spicy) with alkaline water. The soup was already sold out, but we had the menu (always 15.50.-), and of course an ice cream for dessert! I opted for one of the Soyananda line (a fermented soy sour cream): Soyananda Hazelnut! I enjoyed all this very relaxed with spiritual flute and harp music. Michael assured me that the bright light would change soon. What remains of my spirit here in the former premises of the Vegan Kitchen, I’ll tell you, is the best: the spelt hazelnut capuccino! Soon I’ll be back for lunch or dinner & you all do the same – the Vegelanteria needs your support right now at the beginning “with a little help from friends”, the Vegan Kitchen would say.
