Her creative and colorful cuisine leaves nothing to be desired and makes no compromises when it comes to sustainability and love of animals. Vegan is a trend, but vegan is also an opportunity and the future. Plantbased is zeitgeist. We organize a varied Sunday for you and your friends! A sumptuous vegan buffet awaits you on our forum steps, where you can indulge to your heart’s content and à discrétion. Coffee and Prosecco included, wholesome gluttony that is fun and sustainable.

On this special day, it is the hostess’s birthday, so the brunch will shine in a cheerful birthday dress. Come toast with Lauren on March 17!

1 – 4 p.m.: Late riser brunch in the Forum Brunch ticket CHF 49.- Children up to 5 years: free Children between 5 and 12 years: CHF 25.-
