100 pro Roh presents its buckwheat and linseed bread

On August 9, Florian Hartinger will be presenting his raw food bread made from buckwheat and linseed for the first time with 1oo pro Roh at Eva’s Apples, the vegan store.
This is ideal for the salt intake of raw foodists, for on the go and as a source of omega-3.
The bread is raw-produced in Eigenthal, at 1000 meters near Lucerne.

Florian was our former chef at the vegan kitchen and bakery at Müllerstrasse 64, the first vegan restaurant in the city of Zurich.
His artful raw food balls are also featured in the vegan kitchen and friends cookbook.

Eva, the owner of Eva’s Apples, has now invited Florian to her store, she couldn’t be missing in our book either and was of course photographed with her apple pie!
