On August 9, Florian Hartinger will be presenting his raw food bread made from buckwheat and linseed for the first time with 1oo pro Roh at Eva’s Apples, the vegan store.
Florian was our former chef at the vegan kitchen and bakery at Müllerstrasse 64, the first vegan restaurant in the city of Zurich.
His artful raw food balls are also featured in the vegan kitchen and friends cookbook.
Eva, the owner of Eva’s Apples, has now invited Florian to her store, she couldn’t be missing in our book either and was of course photographed with her apple pie!
