Double smoothie

 

 

Green smoothie:

  • 1/2 soft persimmon
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 apple
  • 200 gr lamb’s lettuce

Pink smoothie:

  • 1/2 soft persimmon
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 handful of frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
