  • 1 banana
  • 3 dates
  • 2 apples
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 bunch chard
  • some lamb’s lettuce
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp psyllium seeds
  • 1 tbsp bourbon vanilla
