Sperm health

According to a study by Professor Wendie Robbins and other scientists, young men who eat a handful of walnuts every day are said to improve their sperm health and thus also their fertility. Walnuts are rich in unsaturated fatty acids, especially omega-3 fatty acids. That must be the reason. The journal Biology of Reproduction reported that 117 men between the ages of 21 and 35 took part in an experiment for 12 weeks. One group was given 75 grams of walnuts a day, the other avoided them. Only the group of men who were given walnuts showed improved sperm health and activity after the experiment; the others showed no changes.

Fit with parsley

If your eyes obey gravity this morning and you feel like you’ve lost a boxing match, then you’re like me…

Patty’s Tip:

Hollow out a few leaves of parsley from your herb box and everything will be fine. As a compress, the spicy herb is an ideal eyelid lifter and has a decongestant effect.

Ingredients:

  • 2 teaspoons fresh parsley
  • 1 cup of water

Preparation:

Put the parsley in a heatproof bowl, bring the water to the boil and pour over the parsley. Leave the infusion to cool for at least 15 minutes, then filter.

Application:

Soak 2 cotton balls in the infusion and place on the eyes. A good opportunity to crawl back into bed for another 15 minutes. You should give the parsley enough time to soothe your eyes and reduce the swelling of your eyelids.
