Soy, oat and rice milk do not yet have a permanent place in all catering fridges. But there are more and more of them in Zurich. The vegan kitchen picked up the phone and called the Ron Orp Kafiquartett to ask about cow’s milk alternatives. In addition to answers such as “We don’t want to have anything to do with soy milk”, there was also positive feedback: During the discussion, one café owner decided to serve additional soy milk.
