The mini smoothie workshop with Andrea Nossen from Energy Food in the Vegan kitchen was exciting and energizing:
Andrea told us about the history of green smoothies and gave us lots of insider knowledge.
We were allowed to sip a new smoothie creation every now and then and could literally feel ourselves getting better and better.
We thank Andrea for taking the long journey from Berlin to Munich and then to Zurich to share her knowledge with us and look forward to another visit from her here in Zurich as soon as possible!

(which now also has soy milk) and read through the
Slowfood magazine

When I finally strolled through the Niederdorf again and made a little stop at the organic food shop Vitus I discovered this great oriental seasoning salt, which has quickly become my absolute new favorite in the kitchen. The salt contains mustard seeds, rosemary, caraway, bay leaf, onion, garlic, fennel, lovage, fenugreek, turmeric and is free from additives and anti-caking agents.
